LEARN COUNTABLE/UNCOUNTABLE NOUNS WITH STORIES

To learn something, we can do it with so many ways. Not only using textbook, but also we can use something like a story, song, and others. Today, we will present some stories to learn contable and uncountable nouns. Happy reading. ^-^

Note: Countable noun will be written in italic, and uncountable one will be written in bold.

First Story, by Muhammad Noor Amin

The next day, because she was very curious, Andin went back down the road to a bamboo forest, after 10 minutes of walking, she found an old house and she approached it. When she approached the house, she heard the screaming voices of several women asking for help, she tried to get closer to the source of the sound, but when she touched the doorknob, a man drugged her with a cloth to her mouth until Andin a little dizzy and finally unconscious.

After a few hours, Andin finally regained consciousness with her hands and feets tied by a rope and taped mouth. She felt a little nauseous from the smell of blood, then she looked around and found Rina who was already dead, her friend who had disappeared presumed because she was killed by a serial killer. Second story, by Muhammad Nazamuddin Azmi

That morning, I woke up because of the loud noise out of nowhere. Looking at the clock that shows it’s already seven, I wear my uniform, eat a slice of bread, and quickly ride my bicycle to school. When the lesson is going, I want to take my book but somehow it’s not in my bag. Even thought when I was on the road this morning, my bag feels so heavy.

Suddenly, the noise that I heard this morning sounds again. The sky become dark, thunder strikes the land, and followed by thousands of strange things above. When the things got close, I’m pretty sure those are monsters.

The entire school was so afraid. And then, three of my friend’s bag and mine shine very bright, we looked inside it and found a mysterious device. We pressed the button and it changed us to metal heroes. I think, our adventure to save the world starts from now on.

Third story, by Roja Nur Azizah

One day in a Pledis dormitory there was Jeon Wonwoo who was practicing in the practice room and at that time Moon Junhi who wanted to go to the kitchen saw Jeon Wonwoo and wanted to offer him to make a drink, "Hi Wonwoo ! " ,Said Moon Junhi who was coming down from the stairs, "Oh Hi Jun ! " While looking at Jun from behind, "Aren't you taking a break ?, I want to make drink, would you like me to make a drink for you?". walked towards Wonwoo," Hmm yeah I'll rest after this, okay may",Wonwoo said stopping his practice . “Okay, do you want coffee or tea ? ",Jun said. " hmm just a cup of tea but without sugar ." said Wonwoo. " Well, a cup of tea without sugar will be provided" Jun said as he walked toward the kitchen.

A few minutes later Jun came over with their drink. "This is your tea." Jun said as he handed him the cup. "Oh thank you but why do you drink milk instead you usually drink tea ? " Wonwoo said in surprise. "Actually, I wanted to make tea for me but it turned out that the tea ran out and there was one left and I just made it for you then I just drank this milk " Jun said with a small laugh and Wonwoo who saw that too laughed.
